Kaila O'Connor is the Founder and CEO of KMO HAUS, a Growth PR agency for DTC brands that connects affiliate marketing, commerce PR, creator partnerships, SEO and GEO into one growth engine. 

Since founding KMO HAUS in 2020, she has helped brands like Quince, Beyond Yoga, AGOLDE, and SIJO turn press coverage into trackable revenue, achieving 395% year over year revenue increase and consistent 50-200+ monthly top tier article placements.

Kaila has dedicated much of her career to sharing her self-taught skills with the industry - training more than 300 PR professionals across agencies, in house teams, and publisher partners. She shares industry insights on her Growth PR Digest substack and bylines on Martech Record.

At the foundation of it all, Kaila believes "how you feel at work matters" and brings a human centered approach to growth, incorporating Human Design into how she builds teams and strategy so performance and wellbeing move together rather than against each other.

A level 3 reiki healer practitioner and certified Human Design reader, Kaila studies and applies her Human Design chart and astrological events to all areas of life since 2019.
